Workshop Details

Join Dr. Billy Haun for this three-part webinar series designed to support current, novice, and aspiring school leaders in developing and extending the essential mindsets, skills, and strategies needed to lead high performance schools where learners and staff both thrive. The series is designed to support aspiring and novice building level administrators as well as experienced administrators looking to refresh and rethink leadership skills relevant to current priorities for student learning.

Across the series, participants will explore the principal’s role as visionary, organized instructional leader, and learning coach. Participants will examine how school culture, leadership, and teaching and learning practices shape the day-to-day reality of a school community. The sessions will move intentionally from fundamentals of building-level leadership, to leading and coaching for high-quality instruction, and finally to evaluating and improving student performance through sound assessment, professional learning community strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Together, these webinars will provide a practical framework for strengthening leadership practice, improving teaching and learning, and ensuring that every student is supported to succeed.

  • Webinar 1: What are the Fundamentals of Administration and Leadership and How Do School Leaders Keep Focused on These?
  • Webinar 2: How Do Leaders Coach for Excellent Instruction Aligned with Learning Outcomes?
  • Webinar 3: How Do I Evaluate and Use Achievement and Other Data Sources with the Staff Team to Ensure ALL MEANS ALL?
